DESDE EL PUEBLO TONOKOTÉ

                   DESDE EL CONSEJO DE LA NACION TONOKOTÉ “LLUTQUI” DEL  PUEBLO NACIÓN TONOKOTE (MIEMBRO DEL ENOTPO) Y EN MI CARÁCTER DE TINKINA (AUTORIDAD MÁXIMA , REPRESENTANDO A LAS 35 COMUNIDADES (33 EN TERRITORIO ANCESTRAL SGO DEL ESTERO) Y 2 MIGRANTES EN BS AS, PARA HACER PÚBLICO NUESTRO DESACUERDO CON EL ACCIONAR DEL HNO. QOM FÉLIX DIAZ, DE ARROGARSE LA REPRESENTACIÓN DESDE SU PUEBLO, PUEBLO ORIGINARIO DE ARGENTINA Y DE LATINO AMÉRICA.

 ¡QUE SOBERBIO! ¿Quién LO DETERMINO? 

LOS PUEBLOS ORIGINADOS EN ESTE ESPACIO, EL ENCUENTRO NACIONAL DE ORGANIZACIONES TERRITORIALES DE PUEBLOS ORIGINARIOS, NO LO HIZO EN SU MAS DE 45 ORG. DE PUEBLO Y LAS ORGANIZACIONES Y COMUNIDADES DE PUEBLOS ORIGINARIOS DE OTROS PAÍSES.

                  VERGONZOSO ACTO DE SUMISIÓN Y ENTREGA DE TODO LO QUE NOS LEGARON LOS MAYORES A UNA PERSONA QUE REPRESENTA UNA INSTITUCIONAL COMO LA IGLESIA QUE FUE, ENTRE LA ESPADA Y LA CRUZ, LA MAS PERVERSA EN SU TAREA DE EVANGELIZAR HASTA HOY !!!

                   AVALAMOS POR CONSENSO ABSOLUTO COMO ES EL MODO INDÍGENA, LAS PALABRAS DICHAS POR EL HNO.  ROBERTO ÑANCUCHEO QUE FUERON CONSENSUADAS POR TODO EL ENCUENTRO Y FELICITAMOS PORQUE ÉL REPRESENTA EN 678 LA VOZ DE MÁS DE 45 ORGANIZACIONES INDÍGENAS DE PUEBLOS ORIGINARIOS EN ESTO QUE ES HOY LA ARGENTINA

CONSTITUCION NACIONAL – ARTICULO 75 inc. 17

Corresponde al Congreso

“Reconocer la PREEXISTENCIA étnica y cultural de los pueblos indígenas argentinos. Garantizar el respeto a SU IDENTIDAD y el derecho a una educación bilingüe e intercultural. RECONOCER LA PERSONERÍA JURÍDICA DE SUS COMUNIDADES Y LA POSESION Y PROPIEDAD COMUNITARIAS DE LAS TIERRAS QUE TRADICIONALMENTE OCUPAN; y regular la entrega de otras aptas y suficientes para el desarrollo humano; ninguna de ellas será enajenable, transmisible ni susceptible de gravámenes o embargos. Asegurar su participación en la gestión referida a sus recursos naturales y a los demás intereses que los afecten. Las provincias pueden ejercer concurrentemente estas atribuciones.”
